Terms and Conditions for Room Booking

Welcome to SBC Lodge. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your stay. By making a reservation, you agree to abide by these terms.

  1. Reservations
    1. All bookings are subject to availability.
    2. Booking are all to be made and secured in advance 
    3. Reservations must be made by individuals aged 18 or over.
  2. Check-In and Check-Out
    1. Check-in time is from 15.00. Early check-in may be available upon request and is subject to availability.
    2. Check-out time is 11.30. Late check-out requests may incur additional charges.
  3. Payment
    1. Payment must be made in full before arrival unless agreed otherwise.
    2. Prices are inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
  4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
    1. Cancellations made 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.
    2. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the full booking value, including any pre-booked food, drink and activity packages.
    3. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
  5. Amendments to Bookings
    1. Requests to amend a booking must be made 14 days in advance and are subject to availability.
    2. Any changes may incur additional charges.
  6. Guest Responsibilities
    1. Guests must present valid identification upon check-in.
    2. Guests are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their party during their stay.
    3. Any damage caused to hotel property may result in additional charges.
  7. Smoking and Pets
    1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and premises, and this also applies to Vapes.
    2. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon.
  8. Liability
    1. The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes where provided.
    2. The hotel is not liable for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
  9. Complaints
    1. Any complaints should be reported to the management during the stay to allow resolution.
    2. If a resolution is not possible during the stay, written complaints can be sent to info@scandinavianbootcamp.com.
  10. Governing Law
    1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden.
  11. Changes to Terms
    1. The hotel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
